Helpful information
- In September at the State Convention, youth are welcome to compete in the contests and can also qualify for Team Wisconsin if they would like. All youth are welcome; the only requirements are membership with the WSRBA and having shown at two WSRBA shows.
- In November at the ARBA convention, youth can compete again. There are two categories of contests: Individual and Team. Any youth can compete individually if they are an ARBA member. For the Team contests, each State can submit their teams and those compete in Breed ID and Judging (12-18yrs) or Quizbowl (5-11yrs).
- Team Wisconsin is determined at the WSRBA State Convention in September. This is based on scores. It is not guaranteed that a youth will definitely be on a team, but for many years every youth who has wanted to be on a Team and competed at WSRBA Convention has been at least a Breed ID team alternate. States can send multiple Breed ID teams, but only one Judging/Quizbowl team per age division.

Deadlines
- August 1, 2025 - Team Wisconsin applications are due
- August 15, 2025 - Achievement and Management applications are due
- August 15, 2025 - Royalty applications are due
- September 1, 2025 - ARBA Youth Contests deadline
- September 6, 2025 - Breed ID, Judging, Showmanship, and Royalty contests
- November 15-19, 2025 - ARBA Convention
