Youth - $7.00
Household - (2 Adults) $12.00 plus $2.00 per child

Show Sanction Form & Fees
Open or Youth - $5.00
Combination Open/Youth - $10.00

For 1st class mailing of your Bulletin, add $10.00 to your membership dues.
